Salycilic Acid
The maximum strength 2% salicylic acid is time released by body heat in Acne Control Foundation, maintaining effective treatment levels throughout the day. Salicylic acid helps open pores and clear out acne causing bacteria.
Pyrrolidone Carbonic Acid (PCA)
PCA is a natural humectant in the skin. This derivative of amino acids is hygroscopic, meaning it absorbs moisture from the air. Antioxidants found in PCA fight off free radicals that can age the skin. It also contains vitamin D & E, which can aid in skin rejuvenation.
Hyaluronic Acid (HA)
Hydrophilic molecules, also known as hyaluronan or hyaluronate are carbohydrates that replenish moisture loss back to the skin. It is naturally occurring between skin cells, but lessens with age.
