Should you need to return your product, please follow the instructions below:

Step One

  • Buyer shall inspect shipment immediately upon delivery. If the shipment shows signs of damage, Buyer must notify EnVogue Skin within 12hrs of delivery
  • Ensure your product is eligible to be returned.
  • Only items purchased through envogueskin.com.au can be returned to envogueskin.com.au. Items purchased in a skincare professional’s office or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
  • Product returns will only be accepted within 30 days of purchase.
  • Damaged products may be returned for replacement when reported within 7 days of receipt.
  • Quality issues may require product to be returned to EnVogue Skincare. Contact us for the return label.
  • Expired products are ineligible for return/credit.
  • Repeated return requests are subject to review. We reserve the right to deny multiple return requests.
  • We cannot return for change of mind requests
